Refund policy

Return instructions:
• Fold item(s) neatly, button all buttons, and seal in a plastic bag to prevent damage
during transit.
• Package the item(s) in the original shipping box or an equivalent cardboard shipping
box.
• Include the original transaction receipt and the completed return form in the box.
• Seal the box securely with packing tape along all seams.

• Items that have been hemmed are unable to be returned or exchanged.
• You may return an item within seven days of receipt for a refund or exchange. A $10
shipping fee will be charged for all refunded items.
• Your first exchange ships free within the United States on initial purchase of $100 or more. If you require additional
exchanges after that there is a shipping fee of $10. Items below $100.00 the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including exchanges and returns. International customers are responsible for all shipping fees except on an initial purchase over $400.00 with a free one way ship.
• All exchanges are subject to availability.
• Returned items must be in original unworn and unwashed condition – free of any
stains, odors, or defects and with all packaging and tags still intact and attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is strongly
recommended that all return packages are sent with proof of delivery and insurance.
Refunds will not be issued for returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
• Sale, Deadstock and Seconds items may be exchanged for incorrect sizing only, for a
fee of $15. Store credit will be granted if your size is unavailable.
• Store credit must be used within 90 days
